Our Memberships are prepaid hour packages that allow the renter to use any of the membership boats during the Summer of 2024. The Membership starts May 24, 2024 and is valid until September 24, 2024.

• Booking & Cancellation:
  1. Bookings will be made through Minnetonka Malibu Rentals' Booking platform: minnetonkamaliburentals.com. Weekends are limited to 3 reservations at a time. Weekdays are not restricted. We will offer a promotion for much of the summer where every 7 hours of weekday rentals, members get 1 free hour on us.
  2. Both parties agree to make the best effort to use all hours. Hours do not roll over to the next season. If the member is unable to use all hours due to the boat being continuously unavailable because of service issues or overbooking, they will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the remaining hours.
  3. There is no cancellation period for new members after signing this Agreement.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
     1. Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the reservation date can result in a cancellation fee that is 10% of the total reservation hours.
     2. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in a forfeit of 50% of the reservation hours. A "no show" will be charged 50% as well.
     3. If the following conditions exist on the lake: heavy rain lasting more than 30 minutes; lightning; tornado warnings; high wind advisories; or any condition that Minnetonka Malibu Rentals considers unsafe or unpleasant boating conditions, then the reservation hours can be credited towards future boat rentals.
  5. If the member returns past their booked time, their additional time will be subtracted from their hours, and they will pay a $75 fee for every 30 minutes late.
